About Westwood Student Ministry
Weekly Events: We believe students best accomplish these goals through two weekly programs. One is a small group ministry, and the other is a worship service designed specifically for Middle and High School students.
WEDNESDAY:
Student Bible Study -This worship service is designed specifically for students to connect with each other and God through games, singing, hanging out, and studying God’s Word.
SUNDAY:
LIFE Groups are our Sunday morning small group program where students gather for a time of teaching, encouragement, application, accountability, and prayer.
CORE Groups are our Sunday night discipleship program that gives students a chance to go deeper into God’s word in a small group setting. Each semester these groups focus on a subject that will help students grow in their relationship with Christ through real accountability, personal discipline, and authentic leadership.
Annual Events: In addition to our weekly events, we have many special events throughout the year like Disciple Now, Student Life Camp during the summer, and Retreats. We usually have one major event every season.

A played out slang term from the mid to late 90's meaning getting loose or dreesing fly that was used by New Yorkers(mainly Harlem cats) before Will Smith came out with "Getting Jiggy with it".

I found the above definition on an Urban dictionary. Didn't know one of those existed until tonight.
I just sat here and watched the whole video. That was really great. I enjoyed the other Sunday when the students led the praise. It was fresh and exciting. I hope you guys are still rocking when my son gets to Area 51 in a few years.

lacy, I will be in room 113 this Sunday and most Sunday's during the second hour and I will be in room 110 on most Wednesday nights for AWANA. My wife is one of the directors upstairs during the second hour on Sunday and is one of the directors for AWANA. I have an 11 year-old son and a 7 year-old girl.
