Project 21
On Saturday, April 26, a small group of high school students and adults gathered to do project #21. For the project they did yard work for a senior member of Westwood. This included trimming hedges and bushes, raking, cutting the grass and replacing pine mulch. Luckily Mrs. Janice has some crazy electric hedge trimmer skills! They even let Ellen-Anne use the lawn mower. At the end of they day no one was hurt and the job was complete.... who says girls don't do yard work?!!
Project 20
On Saturday, April 26th we went to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Craig in Helena for project #20. Mrs. Craig, who is the caregiver for her 93 year-old husband and 104 year-old mother, needed us to clean out her attic We were asked to clean out a workspace in the attic that hadn’t been touched in years. We spent the morning going through all the tools and machines and found some really cool things in the process. We found some old glass coke bottles, old letters, stamps, and postcards, and even an old Polaroid camera!
Even though the project only took a couple of hours, she was very grateful for the work we did for her. She even ordered us pizza as a thank you!
We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the time we got to spend with this wonderful family.

5. Student Life dramas are the BEST!
4. You get to take a week and step out of your everyday routine and FOCUS on God.
